Every creator asks the same thing before she signs: what will you actually do. Most agencies answer with the same fog: management, marketing, chatting. This page answers it the way it should be answered: as an operation, step by step, using our own shop as the open example.
Phase 1: Onboarding, where the plan is actually made
The usual failure in this market is running every creator through one pack. A serious onboarding does two jobs at the same time.
- It maps who you are into a page you can live with. Not a costume you have to act. A version of you that does not make you dread the camera. If the persona feels fake, the content dies in a few weeks.
- It checks that persona against what is converting now: niches, formats, hooks. Comfort plus market fit is the formula. Comfort alone does not grow. Fit alone does not last.
In practice this phase is guided. Close contact. Clear next steps. No “work it out yourself.” When it ends, you know what to shoot, how, and why.
Phase 2: The content loop, every week
Once the plan stands, production becomes a loop with named owners.
You get specific tasks
Written for your persona and the current plan. Not “post more.” Exactly what to record this week, and how.
You shoot and upload
You record and drop the raw files in a shared drive. That is the end of your part. You do not have to edit. If you want to, you can. The team cuts either way.
Editors cut. The posting team publishes
Raw clips become posts that can go live. A US-based posting team runs the calendar across your account set. You never touch that calendar unless you ask to.
Phase 3: The traffic network
One Instagram is a presence. It is not a traffic system. A real operation can name the accounts it runs for you and why each one exists. Our usual start is three Instagram accounts and two TikTok accounts per creator. It grows as the page grows. The exact set is agreed in onboarding.
The network matters for two reasons. Reach stacks across accounts. And no single profile is the only thing standing if a platform takes a swing at it.
Which platforms carry the weight, and why, is a separate piece: we ranked them in the traffic sources breakdown.
Phase 4: Chatting, where the money is made
Most OnlyFans revenue is made in DMs, not at the paywall. That is why chatting is the part of the shop where quality control decides the month. Two facts describe how we run it.
- Historically, fewer than 1 in 300 chatter applicants make it through screening and training. This is sales in your voice. Most people cannot do it. Most people do not get in.
- 24/7 live supervision. Chatters are never left alone at any hour. Someone senior is watching threads in real time, for quality and for your limits.
Before anyone writes a line as you, your boundaries, your voice, and your do-nots are written down in onboarding. Fans should not feel a seam. Your rules should not get crossed.
Phase 5: Reporting, so nothing sits in the dark
You should not have to chase a status update. In our setup that means a weekly call with your manager and a daily view in your own portal: revenue, growth, and what the team shipped, live. Whatever agency you talk to, demand that standard. “We’ll keep you posted” is not reporting.
What you still do yourself
Honesty matters, because “we do everything” is never fully true.
- Record from the task list, on a rhythm you can keep. No team can do that for you.
- Say your limits and preferences so the persona, the content, and the chats stay yours.
- Show up to the weekly call. Thirty minutes that keep the machine pointed the same way.
Everything else — edit, post, chat, plan — is the team’s job. That is the point of full management. You create. The operation scales.
Vetting any agency against this
This page describes our shop, and we obviously stand behind it. The same structure works as a test for anyone else: ask how their version of each phase looks. If the answers stay soft, you have the answer. For the full due-diligence pass, use the 21-point agency checklist.
